I have a new favorite food. Dots.

Seriously. I know it’s not really food in the way say, chicken is a food but I would skip a meal to eat a box. And since my dining consists of dinner at 7pm, Starbucks venti mocha at 9pm and Dots at 4am and maybe a bowl of cereal before I go to bed between 8:30 and 9- it kind of is a meal for me.

I don’t know where this came from, I never really liked them and now I can’t get enough. I’m looking to buy a big bulk bag but can only find small boxes. Actually, the box probably is better portion control. I should stick with the boxes.

I tried really hard to get up today- Thursday has become my throw away day. I sleep all day, I don’t set my alarm clock, I get up when my Honey gets home and sometimes I plan out a meal to get me motivated. Today he got home and said he was going to the gym. I stayed in bed. Until I woke up at 1:45am. I slept about 14 hours. Now my weekend is messed up, but oh well. I can’t fight the sleep pattern anymore. I need to get on board with the 3am wake up and put that time to good use. I need to schedule a nap and stick to it so I am not a yawning sack of potatoes during dinner.

That is my goal. Not any easy thing for someone who has the guilt of sleeping 14 hours straight. I can always find something I should be doing.

3 more days until my Birthday. Wow.
