Just another Minnesota Mom blog.

I first smelled Boxwood on a trip to Williamsburg when I was 15 years old. I fell in love with the acrid scent. I didn’t smell it again until 2 years later while visiting colleges and I have a feeling that the Boxwood hedges at MU had a lot to do with my desire to go there. I still love Boxwood and always breath deeply when I come across it. You don’t find it often here in Minnesota which is a shame. It’s the first thing I would plant in my little city yard. A little bit of Virginia, a little bit of MU. My absolute favorite scent in the world.
