Minnesota Shuts Down, MA Spared

Posted: July 1st, 2011 | Author: | Filed under: Autism | Tags: MA, Minnesota shut-Down, TEFRA | 4 Comments »

Well, it happened.

The state is shut down for the foreseeable future and people are without jobs, services are unavailable and many aspects of people lives hang in the balance.

Thankfully MA was deemed essential (along with public schools and handful of other things) and those services will stay intact.

Prayers for all the government workers who find themselves without jobs this morning.

To say it is disappointing is an understatement.

Huge disappointment but I'm glad MA is intact. I really hope a lot of these people do not get re elected, Governor Dayton included. The state government has failed its constituents.
