***I had this post all ready to go last week, just needed to upload photos and then things got crazy at home and *then* I couldn’t find my camera, still can’t!  Of course!  Toni- your photo was LOVELY, if I ever find my camera I will have to have a post just for you!***

Moving on…

We all know how much I love Let’s Dish.  I love it.  LOVE it.

Up until a few weeks ago, I had always gone in and prepped the meals myself (even 30 weeks pregnant with twins).  I like to dish and always had a good time when I was in the Let’s Dish stores.  The staff is always really helpful and welcoming and after a few dishes you pretty much know what you’re doing and can get in and out quickly.

But with the end of the school year I was having a hard time making sure everyone got out of the house with a full set of clothes on let-alone finding time to get out for an hour to dish.

Which is where the Dish-N-Dash service comes in.

For a small assembly fee, you can place your order, schedule a pick-up time and voila!  They put your meals together for you.  All you have to do is pick them up!

So I did.

Chinese Lemon Chicken with Jeweled Rice
Bangkok Beef and Basil Stir Fry
Dry Rubbed Chili Flank Steak
and Pork Tenderloin with Homemade Barbecue sauce- which I had them split into 2 meals.

So one night after dinner we piled into the car, drove on over to the Edina location and Yogi Dad dropped me off to run in while he circled the parking lot. (We had promised the boys DQ if they were good and they earned those Dilly Bars!)

I ran in, told them my name and they grabbed my bag of already prepped meals and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.  Well, maybe a few more since I asked them if I could take a picture.  If you don’t go all paparazzi on them you will  probably get in and out in less than 5 minutes.  Maybe less than 2!

So, have you dished yet?

Wat are you waiting for?  With the craziness of Summer upon us, Dish-N-Dash is the perfect solution to the question “What’s for dinner?”

(As of this post I only have the pork tenderloins left and I am currently eating breakfast tacos made with leftover flank steak. Not bad for a Tuesday morning!)

And just for my fabulous readers (and your friends, relatives, co-workers- feel free to pass this on!) here is a coupon code (BLOGDASH) that will give you FREE assembly off the Dish-N-Dash service making it the same price as a regular session. The code is good through July 15th 2012.

but does it cost a kidney for this service? and can they make it all low fat like Jenny Craig so I won't be held responsible for my butter consumption?
