I wish there were more options available at Target or Walmart. I think it's good to have cloth diapers available and to increase awareness. Someone who didn't plan on CDing, could see the diapers and give them a try and be hooked, then of course they'll start haunting all the online retailers for the really cute diapers.

I love the idea that they are carrying them! I haven't actually seen any, but I love the fact that this will expose more people to the option of cding. I think most people don't even think about it. Love to spread the awareness of the wonders of cding

I love seeing cloth diapers in any brick and mortar store. Cloth can be such an investment up front, I want to see the things in person before I buy.

Can I say I like seeing them at Target, but at the same time I would prefer they not HAVE to be there. I think in order for people to get over the idea that cloth diapers are more than pins, pieces of fabric, and rubber pants, places like Target or Wal-Mart need to carry them and put them in the disposable section. That way, they are seen by the public and not just by someone who is looking to cloth diaper.

I know that the only way for cloth to become more mainstream is for people to actually SEE modern cloth diapers. So, it doesn't bother me because I see it a progress for cloth diaper acceptance by more people. There will always be the demand for cute, WAHM diapers because there are so many creative people out there making great, innovative fluff. :)

These were my first CD. I out them on my registry at Target. The OS work great for me. My son fit into them at 2 weeks thanks to the adjustable legs! Glad they’re in stores now too.

I love that cloth diapers are starting to become available at places like walmart and target! It means that the word is spreading and it's becoming more mainstream to use cloth. I think more people will use them since they can see them in person and realize they aren't as bad as some people think.

While I prefer supporting WAHM businesses myself, I think it's important to get cloth diapers out there and available. Not only does it present cloth diapers in a normal light, but it could possibly convince a mom to switch if she's never heard of modern cloth diapers and saw them in a store.

I love it! It gets them out there so other people who may not have even known there was an option to disposables might discover them! I remember when they were selling the BGs at Target….too bad they don't KEEP the CDs. It seems they carry them at the stores for about a month and then they disappear!

I think "yay!" if I see a cloth diaper when I'm not expecting it. Although I strongly support the small businesses who work so hard to provde cloth to the families in search of them, more exposure is needed.

I think it's a great idea! The modern cloth diapers that are typically sold in retail chains are, in my opinion, not very good choices and can turn people off to cloth diapering. If someone unaware of modern cloth diapers sees an adorable CB robot diaper then they may pick it up and see how awesome it is and buy more!

I think it would be great for cloth to be more available to consumers. I mentioned to my inlaws that I was going to start CDing and they were like good luck…did you get the pins, plastic pants? They even still think you are supposed to use a bucket of bleach water to put the dirty ones in! I had to seek out everything I wanted to know about doing this. I feel that if it were put in front of people it would cause a huge change!!

I think it's a great idea!!! If cloth was on the shelf at Walmart in 2000, I probably would have opted for cloth over disposables. If I had someone to educate me then, I would have cloth diapered five kids, instead of starting on the fifth!! I think they need to supply more items that are inexpensively related to cloth diapering though. Charlie Bananas are a little more expensive. I'd like to see quality covers, flats, prefolds and snappis on the shelf!! Struggling families NEED that.

I think it's important for people to be able to see/touch modern cloth diapers, so that they know it's just as easy as disposables. If they decide to make the switch, they will inevitably search out stores and websites that exclusively sell cloth diapers… wether it be for advice or to build their stash. Big box stores will never have the selection that cloth diaper shops/websites do, but it sure can help get people started!

I like it, I think. We haven't bought any WAHM-made dipes yet, but I imagine we will, so the idea that having them at a big box retailer doesn't feel like it would take business away. Plus, I like the idea that I can run to the store and get the kind of diapers *I* want if something happens (like being on a trip or something, maybe?), instead of having to buy a whole package of disposables that we'd use 1-2 of. And it would definitely expose new people to the idea — I think having a demo like they do with breast pumps would be even better!
